In order to connect to the FTP server you will need either a FTP client software package like WS_FTP or CuteFTP, or you will need to use your browser. We do not recommend using a browser for this function.

There are a few settings you will need to set before connecting.

FTP Server: ftp.

For example: ftp.verdiproductions.com

As a backup, if your domain is just now being transfered to Verdi Productions, you will want to use the example above as your FTP server setting until your domain is fully transfered.

Once your domain is fully transfered you can set your ftp to your domain name.

FTP Port: 21

Port 21 is the standard FTP port.

UserName: This is your username provided when you signed up.

Password: This is your password provided when you signed up.

Once these settings are confirmed, you can then connect to the FTP server.
