Verdi Productions offers 3rd Party and Custom COM component registration. Since certain components can cause major security and stability problems on our servers, all component requests must be approved prior to installation.

    To request registration of a 3rd Party or custom component, please submit an email to our support team at techsupport@verdiproductions.com. Please include your domain name and very specific detail on the component you are requesting to be registered.

    All custom components should be fully debugged and tested before it is submitted to us. We suggest adding error handling and error logging to text files to help troubleshoot any problems that may occur.

    If approved the component will be installed into MTS or registered using regsvr32.exe. If any component compromises the security or stability of our systems, it will be removed.

    There is a $25 component review fee for each component registration request. By submitting a request via email to the support team you are agreeing to be billed for this fee whether the request is approved or denied. We do not accept setup packages for components as they can replace existing files with older files. If a 3rd Party or custom component is installed, additional reviews of that component for upgrades/fixes will be done at $10 each request.

    Most reviews are completed within 48 hours of receiving the request.
